Network Components – Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of A Ups Operating In On-Line Topology To The Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus Of The Central Office Of Measures In Kielce.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Ups Operating In The Vfi-Ss-111 On-Line Topology, According To The Iec 62040-3 Standard Or Equivalent, With A Power Of 15 Kva/15 Kw, In The 3F/1F Version (3-Phase Input, 1-Phase Output). Ups Architecture - A 15 Kw Power Module In The Form Of A Pull-Out Drawer, Facilitating And Accelerating Service Activities, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device In The Swz. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Requirements Regarding The Place, Date And Manner Of Execution Of The Order Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 4. To Confirm That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Opz, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor, Along With The Offer, Submit The Said Piece Of Evidence - An Iso 9001 Certificate Or Equivalent In The Field Of Design, Production, Sale And Service Of Ups Uninterrupted Power Supply Systems, Issued By An Independent Research Unit, Issued To The Manufacturer Of The Offered Ups. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents In Polish, And If The Above The Documents Are Available Only In English, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting These Documents In English. The Documents May Be Translated By The Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party Envisages Submitting Or Supplementing The Evidence In Question Pursuant To Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law 6. If The Submitted Evidence Confirming That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Opz Is Incomplete Or The Contractor Does Not Present This Evidence Together With The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Request Their Submission Or Completion Within The Specified Deadline. Pursuant To The Provision Indicated In The First Task, The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Call On The Contractor To Correct The Evidence In Question. 7. Any Errors, Ambiguities, Discrepancies Or Omissions In The Submitted Evidence Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. In Such Cases, The Sanction For The Contractor Will Be The Rejection Of His Offer. 8. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Conducting An On-Site Inspection. The Site Visit Is Optional. The Ordering Party Envisages Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection Of Room No. 5 (It Room), Located On The Ground Floor In Building L1 Of The Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus Of The Central Office Of Measures In Kielce. The Date Of The Meeting To Conduct A Site Visit Is Scheduled For November 25, 2025. 10:00 In The Main Hall Of The Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus Of The Central Office Of Measures In Kielce. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Duration Of The On-Site Visit. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Offer May Be Submitted Only By The Contractor Who Has Carried Out An On-Site Visit. 10. Pursuant To Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use
