Staff Training Services – Providing Training Services By Organizing And Conducting Training/Workshops For Participants Of The Science4business - Science For Business Project. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Training Service By Organizing And Conducting Training/Workshops For Participants Of The Science4business - Science For Business Project (Project No.: Feng.02.05-Ip.07-0002/24, Hereinafter Referred To As: S4b Or Project). Training And Workshops Will Be Organized As Part Of Task No. 2 Technology Transfer Staff, Implemented By The National Center For Research And Development As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Project. The Aim Of Task No. 2 Is To Build A Specialized Training Program And Workshops For Employees Of Technology Transfer Centers (Ctt) And Special Purpose Vehicles (Sc), Including Managers Involved In Technology Transfer, And To Train Current Staff In Order To Fill Competence Gaps. The Training Program Will Be Adapted To The Level Of Knowledge And Experience Of Training And Workshop Participants. As Part Of The Order, There Will Be 3 Editions/Cycles Of Training For Ctt And Sc Employees. Within Each Edition/Cycle, The Following Will Be Conducted In Parallel: • Training For Employees Who Do Not Perform Managerial Functions. They Will Be Implemented At 3 Levels Of Advancement (Basic, Intermediate And Advanced). Each Cycle Will Last From Four To Thirteen Months. The Exact Duration Of Each Cycle Will Be Determined Jointly By The Contractor And Ncbr After Signing The Contract And • Separate Workshops For Ctt/Sc Management Staff. In All Three Editions/Cycles, A Total Of 400 Training Places Are Planned For Non-Managerial Employees And 100 Places For Training/Workshops For Management Staff. The Recruitment Of Training Participants Will Be Carried Out By Ncbr. If A Training Place Becomes Available, Additional Recruitment For This Place Is Assumed. Recruitment For Vacant Places Will Be Carried Out By Ncbr Three Times During The Implementation Of The Project - Once Before The Start Of The First Edition/Cycle And Again Before The Start Of The 2Nd And 3Rd Edition/Training Cycle.
