The Subject Of The Services To Be Provided Is • Provision Of A Software Solution Introduced On The Market For Alarming And Emergency Communication (Rental) As A Company License For The Following Four Scenarios: 1. Silent Alarm In Customer Service/Internal Service, 2. Silent Alarm In Field Service, 3. Alarming Of First Aiders And 4. Alarming In The Event Of An Evacuation; • Provision Of Suitable Alarm And Emergency Buttons Including Maintenance And Service, For Indoor And Field Work, Optionally For Consultation, Meeting And Meeting Rooms; • Hosting Including Storage Space For The Integrated Software Solution At The Contractors Premises; • Implementation And Configuration Of The Integrated Software Solution; • Project Management; • Advice And Support For The Clients Administrators And Users As Part Of The Implementation Project; • Transfer Of Data And Other Migration Services; • Training For Administrators And Users; • System Service; • Software Maintenance And • Further Development And Adaptation Of The Overall System. For This Purpose, The Client Concludes An Evb-It System Contract With The Contractor. The Technical Integration Into The Clients Infrastructure Is Implemented By Bitmarck Gmbh. Bitmarck Gmbh And The Contractor Coordinate With Each Other Regarding Technical Questions. The Provision Of Services Begins After The Contract Has Been Awarded.
