Tender For Special Repairs To Against Ber Pumps At Naval Station Karanja; 1 Disconnectingcarefully all electric connection and dismantling Oldunserviceable centrifugalpumpset of capacity 150 HP including Electric Motor from pre-existing foundation complete with inlet/ outlet attachment,and transporting to AGE E/M - II Store Yard forinstallation/ commissioning of new pump Setall asdirected byEngr in charge at site . 2 Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Capacity 150 HP Pump Set , Centrifugal type,electric driven horizontal axially split casing pump set complete with and including 3 Phaseinduction motor with SPDP enclosure 1450 RPM, 415 Volt, 50 Hz of Capacity 110 KW suitable for 140 metre Head,Discharge @ 50 LPSPump Setwith Base frame including foundation duly Coupled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Kirloskar/ Beacon or equivalent as approved by GE. 3 Material and Labour for cutting the existing CI/MS/ GIPipe of size from 150 to 200 mm dia in position and making arrangement for connecting delivery/ suctionline for new pump set including all fittings and fixtures such as Tee,Bend, flange up to size 150 mm dia including cutting at site, welding, Flange joint, Rubber Gasket, Nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. 4 Supply , laying, testing and commissioning of MS ERW pipe class "B" in standard length conforming to IS 1239 part -I (ISI Marked) duly painted with two coats synthetic enamel paint of first quality over coat of primer for 150 mm bore all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge. 5 Material and Labour for plain cement concrete PCC (1:3:6 ) type C2 , using20mm graded stone aggregate used infoundation for installation of Pump Set, motor andthrust block / pillars/ stand for support to Pipe lines etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge. 6 Material and Labour for mild steel framed work of angles,Channels, cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.
