Panels shall be manufactured by Hunders Douglas of size 575 mm x 575 mm of approved colour in 0.70 mm thick Aluminium Alloy 3105 with square edges Tiles to be stove enamelled on a continuous application for pre-treatment. The coils to be go through 4 stages of pre treatment Three times of oven baked through conversion coating , priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability.The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. Inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and a topcoat of approved colour 15 microns. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of tees. The 24 mm main tee runers shall be suspended at an interval of 1200 mm centre to centre. The 24 mm cross tee runner shall be suspended at an interval of 600 mm centre to centre and further supported with 24 mm cross tee with inter locking arrangements to form a Grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. The main tee shall be supported by means of 4 mm G.I.rod from slab / roof. The suspension shall be provided at 1200 to 1500 mm centre to centre.provision for lights, diffusers etc to be made including extra supports wherever necessary. Measurements shall be as per actual area of false ceiling with out deductions for lights and diffusers. 8 Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 25 X 3 mm aluminium strip,This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. 9 Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS lathes 18 gaugeinterlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary springs of required size and M. Typical size of the cabinets will be height 6.5 ft x length/Width 3 ft x depth 1.5 ft. Quantity of work will be based of square feet obtained from multyplying length/Width and heightof the cabinets. CRCA sheets of shall be minimum thickness of 18-20 gauge. Cabinet should have vertical two door and five shelf. Locks ofreputed make shall be provided to the cabinets. All the components of the cabinet should be powder coated. 71 Providing, fabrication and fixing cabinets made of powder coated CRCA sheets. Typical size of the cabinets will be height 5.5 ft x length/width 2.75 ft x depth 1 ft. Cabinets shall have five shelf of 1 ft height each with separate door. Quantity of work will be based of square feet obtained from multyplying length and width of the cabinets. CRCA sheets of shall be minimum thickness of 18-20 gauge. Cabinet should have horizontal shelf. Locks of reputed make shall be provided to the cabinets. All the components of the cabinet should be powder coated. 72 Providing, fabrication, Installation of customized Powder coated heavy duty MS Racks made of slotted angle and heavy gauge panels (minimum thickness of 18-20 gauge) for storage ofpapers, tools and tackles etc. 73 Providing and Installation of 1.0 ton split Air Conditioners, 5 star rating, Reputed make with copper tubes for inlet and outlet, mounting brackets and metal clad switch-socket mounted on powder coated MS Box. Make &modelshall be approved by Engr. In Charge. Ducting and tubing works to be carried out as per TSD guidelines. Total Length of copper tube is in the range of 15 meters. 74 Providing and Installation of 1.5 ton split Air Conditioners, 5 star rating, Reputed make with copper tubes for inlet and outlet, mounting brackets and metal clad switch-socket mounted on powder coated MS Box. Make &modelshall be approved by Engr. In Charge. Ducting and tubing works to be carried out as per TSD guidelines. Total Length of copper tube is in the range of 15 meters. 75 Providing and installation of AC tubing work which includes copper tube, 3 core, 2.5 cable, PVC pipe as approved by Engineer-in-charge 76 Shifting of existing installed outdoor unit of 1.0 ton split air condiioner , with dismantling and re installation withbracket ,supporting , anchoringetc. 77 Providing and fixing vertical blinds 100 mm Louver width, quality of approved fabric of 0.40 mm thickness having plastic bottom chain thickness of chain-0.50mm and diameter-3mm, along with metal bottom weight and top rail for vertical blinds movement. 78 Shifting of existing water cooler from CDCFT site to RSMS work site,installation of water cooler with providing flexible pipe for inlet and drainage water as per instructions by EIC. 79 Dismantling, removal of existing PVC floor sheetfrom the floor area including disposal of generated debris and stacking of serviceable materials within 100 m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 80 Providing, surface preparation and laying of 2 mm thick PVC carpet flooring at passages, rooms and other areas, with color and shade of the PVC carpet, be as per technical specification and approved by EIC. 81 Providing, inatallation of low back chairs for lab room, meeting table and computer work station, with revolving base, hydraulic lift arrangement, with heavy duty castor wheels, half back with soft cushion on base and back, with soft cushned hand rest in colours approved by EIC and as per technical specifications 82 MS support, structures and grill frame work : providing, handling, cleaning of structural sections like, channel, angle ,beams, plates, sheets etc., fabrication and erection offrame for aluminum grill, staging member,platform, ladder,etc.using anchor fasteners (wherever required), clamps, screws/nut & bolts and welding with SMAW, in case of MS support painting with two coat of primer and enamle paint, at all elevations along with all necessary equipment, consumables,completing work as per drawing, specifications and norms approved by the EIC. 83 Providing, fabrication and installation of work station made of good quality plywood, laminated with 1mm laminations from all side, with provision foraccomodating desktop computers, printer, sliding keyboard rack with top table size 0.6 mtx 0.2 mtr x 0.75 mtr height, as per technical specifications and approved by EIC. 84 Providing, fabrication and installation of wooden door of apprx sizes 1.5 ft Width x 2.5 ft Height, made of good quality plywood,with wooden framework, laminated with 1mm laminations from all side, for granite formed compartments,providing SS hinges, handels and locking arrangement, as per technical specifications and approved by EIC. 85 LED batten: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED batten light fitting with a nominal system lumen output of minimum 4000 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 120 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70B50. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature and a CRI>80. The luminaire shall meet IP20 rating with THD<10%, Pf>0.95 & Surge protection is 3kV. The luminaire housing should be made of CRCA sheet with clip type mounting brackets. The total power consumption should not exceed 40 W (including driver) 86 6/16A Socket-Switch Box: Fabrication and installation of 120mm X 100mm X 75 mm. Socket Box. The box shall be fabricated out of minimum 16 SWG Thick MS CRCA sheet, powder coated after vigorous 7 Tank process. The dimensions of box given here is tentative and likely to vary as per dimensions of components being mounted.The scope includes providing modular 5 A / 15 A Universal, 250 V,3 pin socket with 15 A SP Switch with suitable modular plate and accessories. Necessary cut-out for mounting the components/modular plate shall be provided on the front fascia of the box. 87 Switch Box: Fabrication and installation of 100mm. X 100mm. X 75 mm. Switch Box. The box shall be fabricated out of minimum 16 SWGMS CRCA sheet, powder coated after vigorous 7 Tank process. The dimensions of box given here is tentative and likely to vary as per dimensions of components being mounted.The scope includes providing modular 16 A, 250 V, SP Switch with modular plate and accessories. Necessary cut-out for mounting the components/modular plate shall be provided on the front fascia of the box. 88 1 Phase MCB BOX: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of415 V, 16 A, Single phase-neutral, MCB box. The box shall be of minimum 150mm X 250mmX 100mm.size fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet and powder coated . Necessary cut out on the front door forDP MCB, DIN rail, screws, DP MCB, internal wiringand other hardware shall be included in the scope. Cable entry cutouts on top/bottom have to be made at site based on site requirement. 89 3 Phase MCB BOX: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of415 V, 16 A, 3 phase-neutral, MCB box. The box shall be of minimum 200mm X 300mmX 100mm.size fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet and powder coated . Necessary cut out on the front door forMCB, DIN rail, screws, TPN MCBand all other hardware, internal wiring etc. shall be included in the scope. Cable entry cutouts on top/bottom have to be made at site based on site requirement. 90 Cable: Providing and laying of 4 Core x 2.5 Sq.mm. stranded copper conductor, LT, 1.1 kV grade, XLPE insulated, extruded PVC sheathed, FRLS outer sheathed armoured cable. Cables to be laid on wall, trays, ceiling as directed at site. 91 Cable Termination: Termination of 4C X 2.5 Sq. mm copper cables using crimping type copper lugs and single compression type cable glands of following sizes 92 Wall mounted fan/air circulator: Supply and installation of Single Phase, 230 V,600 mm, 16200 CMM, 180 W,industrial duty, fully metallic (including capacitor), wall mounted fan/air circulator. Scope includes supply and installation of 20 A, 3 pin socket in a metallic box near the fan with3 pin top and 500 mm long, 3 core flexible FRLS cable piece for powering the fan. 93 Providing, fabrication, and installation of metallic pedestal fan : Scope include supply and installation of Single Phase, 230 V,450 mm,industrial duty, fully metallic (including capacitor), pedestal fan. 94 Cable removing, re-clamping and dressing: The scope involves removal of existing cable bunches and individual cables (already clamped on wall) for taking up plastering and repair work of wall. The cable shall be clamped back on to the wall neatly once plastering work is completed. The bunches includepower, control and fire alarm system cableshavingouter diameter ranging from 10 mm to 30 mm. The scope includes on-site fabrication of custom aluminum strip clamps to fit the various cable and bundle sizes. 95 Providing and installation of 16 SWG copper earthing wire. The wire shall be clamped alongside other cables and terminated at designated earthing points as required or directed at site.
