Therefore, manufacturers and suppliers who wish to register for the same should complete the applications issued to the Uva Provincial Education Department Office/respective Zonal Education Offices after paying a fee of Rs. 600.00 (all fees are accepted in Sri Lankan currency only). (Separate applications should be obtained for each supply and service.) and send them by registered post to the address of the respective Zonal Education Offices. Or they should be delivered by hand.
