The Object Of This Assignment Is The Official Remediation Of The Site Located At Staatbaan 2/6 In 9870 Zulte. There Used To Be A Shopping Center On The Site. As Part Of The Redevelopment Of The Site, The Buildings And Paving Will Be Removed By The Site Owner Before The Start Of The Remediation Works. On The Source Plot, Known In The Cadastral Register As 795 E2, Contamination With Asbestos Was Found In A Fill Layer Over A Large Part Of The Site. Due To The Presence Of A Former Underground Tank, There Is Also Historical Contamination With Mineral Oil In The Solid Part Of The Soil On The Site. The Assignment Is Further Described In Detail In The Technical Regulations Of The Specifications.
