The Contracting Authorities Are The Rotterdam-Rijnmond Safety Region (Vrr) And The South Holland South Safety Region (Vrzhz). Although The Tender Is Carried Out Jointly By The Vrr And Vrzhz, Both Safety Regions Separately Conclude Their Own Framework Agreement With The Selected Contractor.
