The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Assembly Of Panel Furniture In The Form Of: Various Types Of Desks, Reception Desks, Desk Extensions, Extensions, Containers, Various Types Of Tables, Various Types Of Wardrobes, Shelves, Kitchen Furniture, Hangers, Sofas, Sofa Beds, And Banner Display Cases. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Type, Dimensions, Material, Construction And Color Requirements Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Of 24 Months Warranty For The Delivered Assortment, But No Less Than The Manufacturers Warranty. The Warranty Period Runs From The Date Of Signing The Quantitative And Qualitative Acceptance Report, Which Does Not State Any Defects Or Deficiencies. 4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Furniture, Assemble It And Place It In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. 5. The Assortment Must Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Standards Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 3 To The Swz Or Equivalent Standards. 6. The Place Of Delivery And Assembly Will Be Kpp Brzesko, 32-800 Brzesko, Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 84.
