The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Including The Repair Of The A1 Motorway Section. Pyrzowice-Piekary Śląskie – Task 5: From Km 478+960 To Km 482+170 – Right Road. The Motorway Section In Question Is Located In The Silesian Voivodeship, In The Będzin Poviat, In The Bobrowniki Commune And Runs Through The Towns Of Siemonia, Sączów And Dobieszowice. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Buduj System. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Renovation Of The A1 Motorway (Right Carriageway) - Road Works With Accompanying Works, - Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Rainwater Drainage System, - Renovation Of Acoustic Screens, - Renovation Of The Ma-421 Viaduct On The A1 Motorway, Right Carriageway - Renovation Of The Wd-422 Viaduct Over The A1 Motorway Along With Access Roads, - Renovation Of A Road Culvert, - Works Related To The Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization, Including: Construction Of Horizontal Markings, Construction And Installation Of Vertical Markings, Construction And Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices. 3. The Order Will Be Implemented Based On The Conditions Of The Construction Contract For Construction And Engineering Works Designed By The Ordering Party. Key Tasks To Be Personally Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With Sub-Clause 4.1: (A) Surface Of The Main Route, Including Production And Installation, And Execution Of The Remaining Layers Of The Surface Structure Above The Native Soil (Excavation) Or Fill Soil (Embankment), Excluding The Supply Of Materials And Services. With Respect To Key Tasks Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor, The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Capabilities Of The Entity Providing Resources, Under The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Relevant Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 5.
