Summary Of The Opportunitythe Ministry Is Seeking A Qualified Contractor To Lead Phase 2 Of The Bc Wildfire Service Base Redevelopment In Lillooet, Bc. This Phase Focuses On Detailed Civil Design And The Development Of A Comprehensive Tender Package, Building On The Completed 2024 Site Assessment (Phase 1).The Successful Proponent Will:• Deliver All Phase 2 Work By March 31, 2026, If Feasible• Provide A Detailed Workplan Outlining Tasks, Milestones, And Resource Allocation• Participate In Regular Meetings With The Ministry Project Teamproponents Should Include Provisions In Their Proposal For A Possible Option To Renew The Contract For Up To Two (2) Additional One-Year Terms To Support Future Construction-Phase Services (Phase 3).
