On-0002415 - Employee Benefits Advisor . Bc Financial Services Authority (Bcfsa) Is Seeking The Services Of A Qualified Firm To Provide Benefits Consulting Services To Support The Strategic Review, Design, And Optimization Of Our Employee Benefits Program. The Successful Proponent Will Work Closely With Stakeholders To Assess And Enhance Bcfsa’S Benefits Offerings, Ensuring They Remain Competitive, Cost-Effective, And Aligned With Organizational Goals And Public Sector Standards. Bcfsa Anticipates Entering Into A Two-Year Contract With The Successful Proponent, With The Option To Renew For Up To Two Additional Years, At Bcfsa’S Sole Discretion. The Awarding Of A Contract Resulting From The Rfp May Be Subject To Funding Approval And/Or Approval By Bcfsa’S Board Of Directors. The Successful Proponent To The Rfp Will Be Eligible To Bid On Any Future Work Of Similar Scope And Complexity, Where A Conflict Of Interest Does Not Exist. Respondents Are Advised That All Contractors (And Any Sub-Contractors) Who Provide Services To Bcfsa Must Do So In Compliance With The Freedom Of Information And Protection Of Privacy Act (Foippa). Based On The Privacy And Security Risk Assessment Conducted Under B.C.’S Freedom Of Information And Protection Of Privacy Act, Information Must Not Be Stored Outside Canada And Subsequent Disclosure Or Storage Of Information Outside Of Canada Is Prohibited.
