Engineering Services – Tnw_Anregiomed_Erneuerung Energy Center. The Anregiomed Gku Is Currently Carrying Out Modernization Measures At The Ansbach Clinic Location On Escherichstrasse. Construction Phases (Ba) 5 And 6 Include Renovation, Demolition And Subsequent New Construction Measures. All Buildings Are Supplied With Heat For Heating And Hot Water Preparation, Expanded To Include The Ba 6, From The Existing Energy Center. . The Result Of An Energy Concept Was That The Current Heat Supply To The Existing Buildings (From The Existing Energy Center) Does Not Correspond To The State Of The Art And Does Not Correspond To The Current And Future Requirements Of The Clinic. Heat Is Supplied Using Low-Pressure Steam Boilers And Correspondingly High Temperatures In The Distribution Network. A Large Proportion Of The Former Steam Consumers (Sterilization, Etc.) Have Already Been Outsourced In Recent Years And The Last Steam Consumer (Kitchen) Will Also Be Eliminated At The Beginning Of 2025. . In Addition, The Lp Steam Boilers Have Almost Reached The End Of Their Life. There Is Also No Control System For Monitoring And Optimized Operation. Due To The High Temperatures In The Distribution Network, Heat From Two Biogas Chp Units Can Only Be Integrated In The Return Flow And Their Potential Cannot Be Fully Exploited, Especially In Summer. Accordingly, Regardless Of The Future Supply Of The Ba6, The Modernization Of The Existing Energy Center To Supply The Existing Buildings Is Urgently Needed. . The New Building Ba6 Is Connected To The Central Heat Supply Using Its Own Branch Line; The Sub-Distribution With Fresh Water Station And Branch Distribution Takes Place Separately In Ba 6. The Aim Of This Feasibility Study Was To Design A Sustainable, Promising And Secure Heat Supply For The Entire Location, Including The New Ba6 Building, From A Shared Energy Center At The Current Location With An Optimized Generator And Distribution Structure. . After The Last Steam Consumer Disappears In 2025, The Lp Steam Boilers And The Hp Steam Boiler, Which Is Already Out Of Operation, Can Be Dismantled. Instead, A Double Boiler System (Natural Gas/Heating Oil) Is Installed That Is Dimensioned According To The Requirements Of The Clinic Location To Generate Heating Water (Vl/Rl In The Distribution Circuits Approx. 80/60°C). This Boiler System (Step 1) Supplies The Clinic With Heat In A Transitional Period Until Renewable Heat Supplies Are Integrated And Serves As Redundancy Or Reliability In The Final Expansion Of The Concept. By Lowering The Temperatures In The Distribution Network, Losses Are Minimized And There Is Also The Possibility Of Directly Integrating The Existing Heat Supply From Biogas Chps And/Or Other Producers (Step 2) And Fully Exploiting Their Potential. The Conversion Of Heat Generation Involves Secondary Measures Such As Testing And Converting The Distribution Structure Of The Energy Center, Integrating Buffer Storage, Converting Hot Water Generation To Fresh Water Stations, Etc
