In The Subject Scope Of This Public Procurement, There Are 2 Separate Positions, As Follows: Specific Item No. 1 Supply Of Tires For Motorcycles, Cars And Vans (Including Mounting, Dismounting, Gluing, Tire Balancing, Wheel Alignment, Etc.) A Description Of The Required Car Tires By Size And Tire Size Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 3 Part Of The Documentation. If There Is A Need For The Supply Of Other Tires, Not Expressly Specified In The Price Proposal Sample 2-1 For The Contracting Partys Cars, In The Process Of Executing The Public Order, They Are Carried Out At A Price That Is Formed As A Product Of The Value At Which The Contractor Acquired The Relevant Tires And The Percentage Markup On This Value, According To The Contractors Price Proposal, And The Markup Cannot Be Greater Than 10% /Ten Percent/. The Unit Prices Of Services And Tires Proposed By The Participant Designated As The Contractor Are Fixed And Final And Include All Costs / Direct And Indirect, Including And For Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, Vat, Insurance, Transport, Labor, Packaging, For Replacement Of Low-Quality Goods And Any Other Costs/, For The Execution Of The Order, According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Documentation Of The Order, In The Required Volume, Quantity, On Time, With The Required Quality, As Well As The Profit Of The Contractor, And Are The Final And Maximum Prices That The Contracting Authority Will Pay For The Execution Of The Order, Provided That The Performance Is Accepted By The Contracting Authority, In Full And Without Remarks. The Unit Prices From The Offer Of The Participant Designated As The Contractor Are The Maximum And Are Not Subject To Increase, For The Period Of Validity Of The Contract For Awarding The Public Procurement.
