The Target Is A Waste Sorting Center For Small Importers, Whose Customer Is Loimi-Hämeen Jätehuolto Oy. The Site Is Located In Jokioinens Pellilä Industrial Area. The Contract Form Is The Main Contract With Subcontracts. The Project Has Different Contract Areas, Of Which The Main Contract Is Performed By The Main Contractor. The Construction Work (Including Building And Earthworks) Is Performed As The Main Contractor (Pu) And As Subcontracts Subordinate To The Main Contract: Hvac Contract (Lu), Electrical Contract (Su), Automation Contract (Au). The Previous Main Contractor Went Bankrupt During The Project. The Main Contractor, Which Is Now Being Tendered, Will Continue The Unfinished Work As The Main Implementer Of The Project.
