The Public Order Covers The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities For Autotransformers 1At And 3At: - Supply Of New High-Voltage Transformer Inputs For 110Kv And 220Kv; - Delivery Of Specialized Tools And Spare Parts For A Ten-Year Period Of Operation Of The High-Voltage Inputs, According To The Requirements Of The Manufacturing Plant; - Delivery Of All Necessary Additional Materials To Carry Out The Replacement; - Oil Analysis Before, During And After Replacement Of Inputs; - Electrical Measurements Of The Autotransformers Before, During And After Replacement Of Inputs; - Electrical Measurements Of The New Inputs Before And After Their Replacement; - Merging Of The Oil From The Autotransformers With Subsequent Dismantling Of Fire Extinguishing, Pumps, Fans, Inputs, Etc. - Maintenance (Maintenance) Of The Active Part, Step Regulator And The Elements Of The Technological Systems Of The Autotransformer – Pumps, Fans, Gas Relays, Pressure Gauges, Oil Expansion Vessel, Etc.; - Removal Of Existing Oil Leaks From The Boiler And The Cooling System Of The Autotransformers; - Installation Of The New Inputs On The 220Kv And 110Kv Side Of Autotransformers 1At And 3At; - Bringing The Autotransformers To Working Condition Without Oil - Supply Of All Oil Seals And Replacement Of The Defective Oil Seals Of The Coolers And Safety Valves (Delivered And Not Replaced Remain In Reserve), Replacement Of All Seals; - Drying, Oiling, Pressurization, Oil Treatment And Topping Up Of Autotransformers; - Restoration Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating.
