Retirement Home Construction Work – Expanding The Capacity Of Luna Havířov Home. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work On The Extension To The Building Of The Havířov Seniors Home, A Contribution Organization, Střediska Luna At 1200/52C Lidická Street In Havířov–Šumbark, In Order To Expand Its Capacity. The Extension Building Is Designed As A Double-Armed, Four-Story Building With A Partial Basement. The Roofs Will Be Flat, With The Roof Above The Central Section And Block B Designed With A Roof Foil Covering Designed For Mechanical Anchoring With Photovoltaic Panels, And The Roof Above Block A As A Walkable Terrace With A Deck And Wooden Decking Boards. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Re-Laying Of Unified, Sewage And Storm Sewers, Water Connection To The Campus Water Supply System, Electrical Connection From The Existing Transformer Station, And The Construction Of Parking Spaces And Roads For Vehicles And Pedestrians.
