The Following Will Be Purchased: 1. Ground-Based Automatic Forest Fire Monitoring System (Fire Watch), Including All Components Of The Systems Hardware And Software, Technical Preventive Services, Which Include Preparing The Equipment For The Fire Season (Testing, Calibration, Equipment Inspection And Troubleshooting), The Service Is Performed Once A Year; 2. .Aamgss Repair Services, Which Include All Complete Equipment In Gsm, Vmu And Other Towers. Repair Services Are Carried Out As Needed During The Entire Period Favorable For Fires To Break Out (From March 15 To September 30) And When Malfunctions Are Detected During Technical Prevention. 3. General Diagnostics Of Aamgss Operation, Which Include Monitoring, Identification Of System Malfunctions And Prompt Elimination, Which Are Carried Out Continuously During The Whole Period Favorable For The Occurrence Of Fires. The Supplier Shall Provide Consultations During The Performance Of General Performance Diagnostics And During The Entire Period Favorable For The Occurrence Of Fires, According To The Needs Of The Procuring Organization. 4. Personnel Training Services On How To Use Aamgss, Which Are Organized By The Supplier According To The Needs Of The Purchasing Organization. Staff Training Service Can Be Provided During The Implementation Of Technical Prevention And During The Entire Period Favorable For The Occurrence Of Fires. The Supplier Must Be An Official And/Or Authorized (Fire Watch) Representative Of The Manufacturer For Equipment Repair And Maintenance.
