building Works . Descriptionthe Polices Joint Services (Pft) Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Execution Of Building-Related Works At Police-Owned And Leased Premises. The Agreement(S) Must Be Able To Cover All Types Of Needs The Police Have For Construction Work. The Framework Agreement Must Be Able To Be Used In Connection With Urgent And Planned Operation And Maintenance Work, Rehabilitation Projects, Conversions, Etc. The Framework Agreement Must Ensure The Necessary Maintenance Of Buildings In Owned And Leased Buildings. The Framework Agreement Applies To The Performance Of Craft Services With Associated Services: Planning, Carrying Out, Quality Assurance And Documenting The Performance Of Internal And External Building-Related Works On The Properties. The Following Services Must Be Covered By The Framework Agreement: • Carpenter, Carpentry • Painting And Wallpapering Work • Flooring • Masonry, Plastering And Tiling • Glass Work All Subjects Must Be Offered Either In Their Own Organization Or Via Collaboration With Other Suppliers. The Procurement Is Divided Into 22 Partial Contracts. The Division Is Prepared Based On The Polices Needs, Wishes And Locations, And Can Therefore Be The Entire Police District Or Only Parts Of The Police District.
