Supervision Of Building Work - Supervision Of Work On The Reconstruction Of The Existing And Construction Of The Second Track Of The Dugo Selo - Novska Railway. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supervision Of Works On The Reconstruction Of The Existing Track And The Construction Of A Second Track On The Dugo Selo - Kutina And Lipovljani - Novska Sections, The Construction Of A New Two-Track Section Kutina - Lipovljani, And Includes The Supervision Of Works On All Railway Infrastructure Subsystems: Construction, Electric Power, Traffic Management, And Signaling And Safety. For This Reason, The Supervisory Team Should Consist Of Qualified And Experienced Key Experts As Well As All Experts Of Other Profiles And Knowledge Necessary For The Successful Financial And Technical Implementation Of The Project And Professional Supervision Of All Contracted Works Until Their Completion And Obtaining Of Use Permits. Within This Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Following Obligations:  Obligations Of Supervising Engineers As Defined By The Law On Construction (Og 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19, 145/24),  Obligations Of Engineers Defined By Fidic General Conditions Of Contracting For Construction (Fidic Red Book, 1999 Edition) Or Equivalent; The Part Of The Contract Related To Signal-Security And Telecommunications Works Is Harmonized With Fidic General Conditions Of Contracts For Equipment And Design-Build - Fidic Yellow Book, Edition 1999.). Or Equivalent,  Verification And Control Over The Preparation Of Project Documentation By The Contractor (In The Sense Of Pointing Out Possible Illogicalities And/Or Impossibility Of Applying The Offered Solutions, Compliance With The Main And Implementation Projects And Technical Specifications),  Services Of The Occupational Safety Coordinator In The Phase Of Works Execution,  All Other Obligations Defined In This Procurement Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Procurement Item Is Given In The Job Description Document. When Carrying Out Expert Supervision, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply In All Respects With The Provisions Of The Ordinance On The Method Of Carrying Out Expert Construction Supervision, The Form, Conditions And Method Of Keeping A Construction Diary And On The Content Of The Final Report Of The Supervising Engineer (Official Gazette 111/14, 107/15, 20/17, 98/19, 121/19).
