Computer Back-Up Services – Storage As A Service En Back-Up As A Service. This Tender Has One Lot: • Services For The Management And Maintenance Of The Storage Environment. • Backup Services For This Storage Environment (Cifs (Network Drives), File System, Exchange, Onedrive, Oracle, Sharepoint, Teams & Vmware). One Agreement Is Concluded, Which Includes Both Services. The Storage And Backup Service To Be Tendered (Hereinafter Referred To As Service) Includes: • Making Available And Maintaining A San Facility As Well As Migrating The Current San, In Accordance With The Objectives And Preconditions As Described In This Tender Document; • Updating The Method Of Data Storage (For Example Towards The Cloud) As A Result Of Future Developments During The Term Of The Agreement Is Expressly Part Of The Scope Of This Tender; • Drawing Up And Implementing A Backup Strategy Including Off-Line Backup; • Ensuring Continuity Of The Current Backup Provision With Regard To Restore Requests.
