Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment Required for Projects: Carpentry Equipment, Welding Plants, Drills, Burners, Grinders, Cereal Milling Machines, Pepper Whitening Machines, Pepper Extracting Machines, Paddy Threshing Machines, Cement Block Making Machines, High Pressure Greasing Machines, Flower Pot and Grill Moulds, High Pressure Water Guns, Smooth Roller and Diamond Roller Required for Rubber Industry, Sewing Machines, Juki Machines, Carving Tools, Electric Weighing Scales, Sealers, Water Motors etc. Application for registration may be obtained Badulla District Secretariat, Finance Management Division of the Divisional Secretariats or from the website www.badulla.dist.gov.lk of Badulla District Secretariat. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 should be paid in cash (Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted) or else may be credited to Bank Account No. 7042240 maintained at Badulla Branch of Bank of Ceylon in favour of District Secretary, Badulla and submit the application. Cash may be paid to the Shroff of District Secretariat or Divisional Secretariats between 9.00 hrs and 14.00 hrs on working days from 06.11.2025 until 06.12.2025. When crediting money to the bank account it is mandatory to mention SR_ Name of the institution in the reason for payment column. Duly perfected bids may either be sent by registered post or hand delivered to receive on or before 06.12.2025 along with the Business Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Receipt obtained upon payment. The caption Registration of Suppliers - 2026 should be mentioned on the left top corner of the envelope containing the application.
