The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Appoint A Contractor Who Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out Interior Finishing Work, Including Stripping, Plastering, Coating Walls And Ceilings, Painting And Floor Coverings In Certain Accommodation Belonging To La Maison Des Hommes, As And When Required. The Various Purchase Orders Will Therefore Target Interior Finishing Work In An Inhabited/Occupied Or Uninhabited/Empty Home. The Quantities That Will Be Ordered Are Not Precisely Known When The Contract Is Awarded. Indeed, At The Time Of Drafting The Conditions Of This Contract, La Maison Des Hommes Is Not Able To Precisely Define The Accommodations Which Will Be Concerned And The Quantities Of Work Which It Will Need. Consequently, The Different Items Are Planned In Presumed Quantities (Qp). Minimum Order Quantities Are Not Guaranteed. The Presumed Quantities Indicated In The Special Specifications Governing This Contract Are Given For Purely Indicative Purposes; They Do Not Bind La Maison Des Hommes In Any Way. Therefore, The Successful Bidder Does Not Have An Acquired Right To Produce Certain Quantities And He Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Compensation In The Event That The Presumed Quantities Are Not Reached.
