Waste-Tip Management Services – Waste Collection, Transport And Management Service With Code 170904. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Waste Collection, Transport And Management Services With Code 17 09 04 At Master - Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. (Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Listed In The Codes: 17 09 01; 17 09 02; 17 09 03) Originating From Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points And Waste Collection Services Provided From Business Entities And Natural Persons. 2. The Method Of Waste Management With Code 17 09 04 Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And The Recovery Or Disposal Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 Or 2 To The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended). 3. The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed Will Not Exceed 3,000 Mg During The Duration Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Proceedings. The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management According To The Ordering Partys Needs. The Contractor Cannot Make Any Claims For A Reduction In The Amount Of Waste Collected. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantity Is An Estimated Value, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Ordering Party Will Load This Waste Into Containers Previously Provided By The Contractor, Onto Trailers Such As Bathtubs Or Moving Floors, Which Will Be Resistant To Possible Damage Related To The Loading Of Heavy Waste That May Be Included In Waste Code 17 09 04 - The Ordering Party Will Not Be Liable For This Type Of Damage. 5. Transport Units Should Be Adapted To The Transport Of Waste And Have Durable Protection To Prevent Waste From Blowing Away Or Spilling Out During Transport. 6. Waste With The Code 17 09 04 Will Consist Of, Among Others, Various Types Of Plastics, Paper And Cardboard, Wood, Metal, Glass, Rubble And, Above All, Various Types Of Used Building Materials And Interior Furnishing Elements Removed During Renovations. 7. Collection Of Waste With Code 17 09 04 Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., In Quantities Previously Agreed (Via E-Mail) By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Representative, With The Contractors Transport And At His Expense. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Transport Waste On Time To The Place Of Final Disposal, No Longer Than Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Notification Of Receipt By The Ordering Party. Loading Of Waste Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. 9. Waste Weighing Will Take Place On The Ordering Partys Scales, Located At The Ordering Partys Plant, And Will Be Confirmed By A Confirmation Of The Kpo Issuance Generated In The Bdo Register. This Document Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Quantities Received With Code 17 09 04 And Issuing A Vat Invoice. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Weighing System And The Bdo Register. After Completing Each Transport, The Contractor Will Confirm The Quantities Received For Disposal
