Detailed Information B1_Service Description The Prices Quoted By The Bidder Must Include All Costs For Carrying Out The Following Services: - Packing And Unpacking, Packaging And Labeling Of The Moving Goods Included - On-Time Delivery And Return Of The Moving Boxes, Pc Trays, File Roll Containers, Etc. Including On-Time Delivery And Return - Ramps, Chargers, Attachments, Slides, Load Distribution Plates - Packing/Unpacking Of Workstation Computers Or Loosen Cable Connections And Make Them Available Again After Transport And Reconnect Them With A Simple Functional Test, Including The Necessary Packaging - Dismantling/Assembling Furniture Such As Desk Angle Combinations, Office Equipment, Etc. - Providing Packaging Material, File Roll Containers, Pc Trays, Moving Boxes, Etc., It Must Be Noted That Only Wear-Free Transport Trolleys / Furniture Containers Are To Be Used Within The Buildings. - Loading, Unloading And Transport Of All Items To Be Moved, Including Lining Of Elevators Or Paths For The Items To Be Moved - Vehicle Provision (E.G. 7.5 T Suitcase With Tail Lift) Included - Road Fees Including Motorway Tolls. - Obtaining Special Permits. - Storage Under Individual Lock And Key - Transport Of Confidential Documents - Transport Of Files From The Frankfurt Location To The Hv Nordrhein-Westfahlen In Düsseldorf The Following Moves Are Expected To Take Place During The Contract Period (Without Guarantee): - Office Moves In The Headquarters As Well As Within The Various Rental Properties In Downtown Frankfurt - Support In Setting Up And Dismantling Events At The Headquarters - Furniture Storage - Personnel Support For The House Workers For Small Transports Between The Properties, Etc. These Are Mainly Day Moves. The Services Are Generally Provided Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Move Is Planned As Early As Possible And The Fine-Tuning Usually Takes Place Between 3 Days And 1 Week Before The Move Date. A Relocation Representative Is Available For Each Of The Clients Specialist Departments, Who Is Named With The Order And Serves As The Contact Person. Costs For Arrival And Departure Are Reimbursed At A Flat Rate (Flat Rates According To The Price Offer). When Determining The Comparison Price, The Non-Binding Annual Quantities Listed Below Are Used As A Basis (See Also C2_Price Offer): It Should Also Be Noted That Personnel Costs Include The Following Costs: Additional Personnel Costs Including Overtime Surcharges, Accommodation Costs, Travel Costs, Meals, Expenses And Heavy-Duty Surcharges As Well As Tools.
