The “Clearingstelle U25 Plus” Offer Consists Of Three Modules. As Part Of Modules 1 And 2, Individual Coaching Sessions Are Carried Out Either On The Providers Premises Or At The Participants Home (Sometimes Also As Outreach Social Work). After A Joint Analysis Of The Current Life Situation, A Personal And Professional Perspective Should Be Developed And, If Necessary, Contacts With Other Advice And Help Systems Established. Support Should Be Provided With Initial Application Activities Provided That The Participants General Conditions Are Stable Enough And Integration Into The Labor And Training Market Is To Be Expected. There Are 26 Participant Places Available For Module 1. The Duration Of Participation In Module 1 Is Generally Three Months And Can Be Extended Twice For A Further Three Months If Necessary. As Part Of Module 2, The Participants Who Are (Relatively) Actively Involved In The Integration Process Of The City Of Münsters Job Center Receive 6 Months Of Individual Help. This Individual Assistance Can Be Extended By Six Months And, If Necessary, Another Three Months. The Participants Should Be Supported In Stabilizing Their Life Situation.
