GYPSUM CEILING Supplying and Fixing of Suspended ceiling system components which includes Single Layer Boarding with 12.5mm thick USG Boral Standard Plasterboard This includes of USG Boral Thundersteel Perimeter Channel (0.50mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 28mm) screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of approved screws at 600mm centers. Then suspending of USG Boral Thundersteel Intermediate channel (45mm x 0.90mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centers with of USG Boral Thundersteel Ceiling Angle (25x10mmx0.50mm thick) fixed to RCC Slab with of USG Boral Soffit Cleat (37x27x25x1.6mm thick) and 8mm dia 40mm long Anchor Fastener @ 600mm Centers, respectively. USG Boral Thundersteel Ceiling Section (having web of 51 mm and two flanges of 27mm each) are then fixed to the of USG Boral Thundersteel Intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip (2.6mm Dia) and in perpendicular direction to the USG Boral Thundersteel intermediate channel at 457mm centers. USG Boral Thundersteel profiles are rolled with AZ Steel (150 GSM & 310 MPa Yield Strength) having base metal conforming to IS 513:2016 as per IS 15961:2017/ AS 1397:2001).12.5mm thick USG Boral Standard Plasterboards (confirming to IS 2095 Part 1) is screw fixed with 25mm long Drywall screws at 230 mm centers. The screw fixing of gypsum boards to the metal framing at the periphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centers.All the Gypsum boards must be staggered. All joints to be taped & finished with USGBORAL Paper tape & All-Purpose Joint Compound confirming to ASTM C475. Material certificate to be provided by company. and approved surface design in suspended grid with all material, making of coves for indirect lighting ,grooves,cutting and labour,scaffolding, and as per instruction of engineer and as per detailed drawing & image as directed by the Architect and as approved by the Engineer in Charge. SOLID DOORS FOR WOODEN PARTITION (75 MM TK) Providing and fixing of 75 mm solid doors (AS PER DRAWINGS) using 50 x 50 mm aluminium pipe for framing, 12mm ply (both sides)of brand greenply ecotech mr,century sainik mr srg etc, including glass slit as per drawing 50 mm teak wood beading patti at the framing etc. making of rebates and including all hardware items, mortise door lock (ENOX EMH-SS-019)with entire set including cylinder heavy duty conceal door closer of brand enox (ENOX ITS-3870-EN 2-5) ozone, dorma, and groove (if shown) with all materials, labour, lead and wastage polish work as per instructions etc. complete. And Finished with different materials and complete the work satisfactonly as per instruction of architect or Engineer-in charge. WALL COLOR-SATIN Providing and applying satin paint of approved quality, company and shade upto finishing (min 3 coats) including lappi and prumer work and all material, labour including scaffolding etc. and complete the work satisfactorily as per instruction of architect or Engineer-in charge. (Basic rate of Luster paint-24 rs/sq.ft.) PLASTIC PAINT Providing and applying plastic paint of approved quality, company and shade upto finishing (min 3 coats) including all material, labour including scaffolding etc. and complete the work satisfactorily as per instruction of architect or Engineer-in charge. (Basic rate of plastic paint- 12 rs/sq.ft.) ROLLER CURTAIN Providing and fixing of approved quality roller blinds using phifer fabric of premium grade, with roller tube, bottom bar leveller made of extruded aluminium alloy an Idler, Insert Type- Brackets, PVC chain etc. all complete at all floor and heights as per approved specification. Roller Tube Control, Clutch, Idier Side by side or single Roller Tube of extruded Aluminium 38mm inner dia 41mm outer dia minimum wall thickness of 1.6um. MOSQUITO NET Providing and fixing of Pleated mosquito nets for Windows having durable, UV-Stabilized and rust proof fibreglass or polyester mesh with a fine weave to block mosquitoes and other insects. This work to be done in Aluminium framing with powder coating as per instruction of architect and Enginner-in charge.
