The Purchase Will Be Completed With A Sectoral Contract For The Provision Of Consultancy And Site Management Services During The Design, Procurement, Execution And Guarantee Period For The Infrastructure Necessary To Accommodate The Forecasted Traffic For The Year 2040 (Stage I For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Strategic Program For The Development Of Airport Infrastructure At Aihcb), According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Object Of The Procedure Is To Provide Consultancy And Management And Site Management Services During The Design, Procurement, Execution And Guarantee Period For The Infrastructure Necessary To Accommodate The Forecasted Traffic For The Year 2040 (Stage I For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Strategic Program For The Development Of Airport Infrastructure At Henri Coandă Bucharest Airport). The Winning Bidder Will Take Over All The Obligations Of The Supervisor/Engineer, According To Decision No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And To The Site Manager, According To Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Construction, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Mdrt Order No. 1496/2011 For The Approval Of The Procedure For The Authorization Of Site Managers, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, As Well As All The Tasks That Fall To The Beneficiary During The Execution And Guarantee Period Of The Works.
