Fuels – Supply Of Liquid Fuels For Zakład Gospodarki I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Lubań. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels For Means Of Transport And Equipment Belonging To Zakład Gospodarki I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Lubań: A) Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 - Directly Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles Or Tanks For The Ordering Equipment At The Selected Contractors Fuel Station In An Average Amount Of 12,400 Liters During The Term Of The Contract. B) Diesel Oil - Directly Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles Or Tanks For The Ordering Equipment At The Selected Contractors Fuel Station, In An Average Amount Of 640,000 Liters During The Term Of The Contract. The Given Quantity Is An Estimate And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase This Quantity + 20% At Any Time During The Contract Period. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Quantity Is An Estimate Based On The Ordering Partys Previous Experience In The Subject Of The Order, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Which May Be Helpful At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer. However, The Ordering Party Does Not Declare That The Order Will Be Fulfilled Up To The Full Amount Of The Specified Amount Of Fuel. The Final Amount Of Fuel Does Not Depend On The Customers Forecasts. Failure To Complete The Order By The Ordering Party May Not Constitute The Basis For Financial Claims By The Contractor. 2. Fuels That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Standards Applicable In Poland In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). 3. The Contractor Must Have Fuel Stations That Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulations For Fuel Stations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707). 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Quality Certificate For All Offered Fuels Along With Proof Of Their Delivery To The Contractors Station Indicated In The Offer. 5. The Scope Of Delivery Includes Fueling Cars, Including Company Cars At The Disposal Of The Department Of Economy And Municipal Services In Lubań, As Well As The Purchase Of Fuel For Lawn Mowers, Chain Saws, Snow Blowers And Power Generators In Canisters. 6. Fuels (Unleaded Petrol, Diesel Oil) Will Be Dispensed Only Into Vehicle Tanks And Canisters Belonging To The Ordering Party Through A Certified Flow Meter. 7. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes To The Delivered Assortment If It Has Been Withdrawn From Sale Or Its Production Has Been Discontinued, There Is No Access To It On The Polish Market (Confirmed By The Manufacturer Or Sales Representative On The Polish Market). In The Event Of Such A Change, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Ordering Partys Approval And Document That The Assortment Indicated In The Offer Is Unavailable On The Market And The Proposed Assortment Meets
