Tenders Are Invited For Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Work – Corona Wastewater Treatment Facility And Disposal Project Service: Normal Operation And Maintenance Of Crown Wastewater Treatment Facility
Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Work – Corona Wastewater Treatment Facility And Disposal Project Service: Normal Operation And Maintenance Of Crown Wastewater Treatment Facility. Repeat Competition The Project Will Be Executed In K. Koronis, Of D.E. Koronis, Pylos - Nestoros Municipality, Messinia Prefecture, Peloponnese Region In Greece. In Summary, The Proposed Wastewater Treatment And Disposal Facility Consists Of The Following Units: (1) Inlet Works. Wastewater Is Led To The Facility Through A Hdpe 280 10 Atm Depression Pipeline. It Includes The Arrival Shaft And, If Required By The Final Design, A Lifting Pump Station. (2) Pretreatment. It Includes The Grating, Sanding And Degreasing Of The Incoming Sewage And The Sewage Reception Unit. The Pretreatment Equipment Is Intended To Be As Automated As Possible, In Order To Minimize Human Contact With Pretreatment By-Products (Grits, Floating Sand, Etc.). Screening, Sandblasting And Degreasing Can Be Done In A Suitable Pre-Fabricated Compact Type Pre-Treatment Unit. (3) Primary Sedimentation. It Is Intended To Have Appropriate Provisions For The Removal Of Sludge And Floating Matter. (4) Biological Treatment. Biological Treatment Achieves The Biological Removal Of Phosphorus, Nitrification And Denitrification, As Well As The Degradation Of The Organic Load. For The Biological Treatment, The Method Of Activated Sludge With Membranes For Liquid-Solid Separation (Mbr) Will Be Applied. The Biological Reactors, The Membrane System And The Sludge Recirculation Form A Single Process, The Degree Of Efficiency Of Which Depends On The Combined Design Of The Individual Units. Biological Treatment Includes: - Balancing Tank And Pumping Station - Fine Screening - Biological Phosphorus Removal - Biological Reactor - Aeration System - Membrane System - Sludge Recirculation - Excess Sludge Pumps (5) Chemical Phosphorus Removal. For The Chemical Removal Of Phosphorus, If Required, Flocculation Will Be Added To The Separation Well Of The Biological Treatment. (6) Tertiary Processing. Includes Disinfection By Chlorination And Dechlorination. (7) Sludge Treatment. It Includes The Sludge Temporary Storage Tank And The Mechanical Dewatering Unit. (8) Sewage Disposal Project. It Includes A Storage Tank With Disposal Of The Treated Sewage In The Stream And An Irrigation Network At The Boundaries Of The Facility With A Clean Water A/S. (9) Auxiliary Networks – Space Configuration. Auxiliary Networks Include Drain Network, Water Supply Network, Industrial Water Network And Fire Extinguishing Network. (10) Control And Operation System. The Control Of The Most Important Functions Of The Installation Will Be Carried Out With The Help Of The Installation Control Center (Kel) And With Local Control Stations That Will Be Installed In Individual Areas Of The Project. The Installation Is Designed According To The Approved Aepo. Due To The Passage Of Years Since The Implementation Of The Study And For Reasons Of Energy Saving,
