Tracksuits - Supply Of Tracksuit - Framework Agreement. Object Of The Public Procurement - Delivery. Type Of Procedure And Legal Basis For Award - Open Procedure, On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 And Para. 2, Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter B And Art. 73, Para. 1, Art. 81, Para. 1 And 82, Para. 1 Of The Zop. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor And Define All The Conditions Therein, Without Subsequently Conducting An Internally Competitive Selection. Subject Of The Public Procurement - Delivery Of Antsug - Framework Agreement, According To Technical Specification Ts Ж 71.4955.25 And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Total Estimated Quantity Of Tracksuits Is 5,000 Pieces, And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Declare The Entire Quantity. Quantities Are Approximate. The Tracksuit Sizes Will Be Requested For Each Specific Contract Concluded Under The Framework Agreement, Within The Approved Financial Means And According To The Needs Of The Applicant For The Respective Year. In Case Of Lack Of Financial Resources Under The Ministry Of Defense Budget, The Contracting Authority May Not Conclude A Specific Contract, For Which It Does Not Owe Penalties Or Other Compensation To The Contractor. The Goods Subject To Delivery Under A Contract Concluded With The Ministry Of Defense Are Subject To Codification, According To The Requirements Of A Codification Clause Developed In Accordance With The Principles Of The Nato Codification System And Indicated In The Draft Framework Agreement And Contract Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. Term Of Execution Term Of Execution Of The Framework Agreement – ​​3 (Three) Years, Counted From The Date Of Its Signing Or Until Its Value Is Reached, Whichever Of The Two Events Occurs First. The Deadline For Delivery Is Up To 6 (Six) Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing Each Specific Contract. The Specific Term Is Determined In The Proposal For Implementation By The Participant Selected As The Executor. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Parties Will Enter Into Separate Specific Supply Contracts. The Contract Execution Period Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From The Date Of Its Signing.
