Tenders are invited for Supervision and PIU Consultancy The Municipality of Pale (the "Municipality") and Gradske Toplane (the "Company"), the public district heating company of the Municipality of Pale, approached the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the "Bank" or the "EBRD") with a request to finance part of the modernization of the Municipalitys district heating system (the Project). Total project cost is EUR 10.6 million and is expected to be financed by an EBRD sovereign loan of up to EUR 7 million to be on-lent to the Municipality of Pale and a EUR 3.6 million grant from a donors yet to be confirmed. A reputable consultant firm is required to provide supervision services and PIU consultancy services to the Client for the design and construction and equipping of the new boiler house , in accordance with the scope of works defined in this document. As a part of consultancy services, the consulting firm(s) is expected to provide support to the Client during implementation phase and initial period of operation stage.
