Tenders are invited for Supply of Safety Controls (Helmets, Boots & Gloves etc.) Applicants should submit a completed application form stating the category and items they intend to register for. The registration fee for 5 main categories is Rs. 250/- (non-refundable fee). Payment for obtaining applications can be made in the following ways: 1. If payment is made by cheque, It should be made payable to Kurunegala Plantations Limited and crossed out as Account Payee Only . 2. If payments are made by bank deposit, Bank Name - Bank of Ceylon Account Number - 713500 (The receipt should be sent to the WhatsApp number 071-4559870) 3. Available from the Kurunegala Plantations Head Office or Area Estate offices. Application should be forwarded by Registered Post to reach the below mentioned address on or before 16^ January 2026. The top left-hand corner of the envelope should be marked as Registration of Suppliers/Buyers - Year 2026. The priority will be given for the registered Suppliers/ Buyers; but the Company reserves the right to make its own selection and decision when calling for bids.
