Tenders are invited for Supply of Skilled and Unskilled Labour (Masons, Carpenters, Electricians) Registration of Contractors and Suppliers for the Chief Secretariat of the Uva Province will be done via online software from 22.10.2025 until 12.12.2025. The suppliers who find it difficult to register through online software may call over at the Office of the Deputy Chief Secretary (Finance), pay the registration fee and register after obtaining the application. Late applications will be considered for registration once in three (03) months and a registration fee of Rs. 1,000.00 will be charged for each item in the late applications. A registration fee for each item is Rs. 500/-. Total amount for the number of items applying for in an application at the rate of Rs. 500/- for each item should be paid in favour of Chief Secretary. Uva Province either to the Shroff of the Chief Secretariat or to any Divisional Secretariat within Uva Province or to any ministry or department of the Uva Provincial Council (to any Provincial Council institution of the government that can issue a receipt on behalf of the Uva Provincial Council) and the original receipt obtained should be scanned and entered to the online software. Or else the registration fee may be credited to Account No. 269-1001-7844-0329 maintained at the Badulla Muthiyangana Branch of Peoples Bank in favour of Chief Secretary. Uva Province and the bank receipt should be scanned and entered into the online software and submitted.
