The Scope Of The Assignment Concerns The Supply Of Earth-Moving Equipment, Including Associated Maintenance, Inspections And, Where Necessary, The Temporary Rental Of Machines With Main Cpv Code: 43200000-5 Earth-Moving And Excavating Machines, And Associated Parts. The Option Consists Of Purchasing/Renting Both New And Used Equipment. Within 6 Weeks After The Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Rent A 6 To 7 Tonne Mobile Excavator (See Price Sheet Cell B14) From The Contractor. This Is To Bridge The Period Until Delivery Of The New Excavator (See Price Sheet Cell G7). The Contracting Authority Will Also Rent A 5 To 6 Ton Shovel (See Price Sheet Cell B16) From The Contractor Within 6 Weeks After The Effective Date Of The Framework Agreement. The Scope Of The Assignment Includes: 1. Direct Purchase Of At Least One Earth-Moving Machine: O 6/7 Ton Mobile Excavator (Tire Crane) 2. Expected Purchase For The Coming Years: O 1 Mobile Excavator The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is €865,000 Over The Entire Term (Including Extensions).
