Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy Established A Partner Register For Building Demolition Contracts. The Partner Register Has Two Areas: 1. Sub-Area: Small Properties, Less Than 300 M2; The Objects Are Single-Family Houses, Mainly Wooden Buildings. 2. Sub-Area: Large Properties 300 M2 And Over; The Sites Are Mainly Daycare And School Buildings. Among Those Who Have Joined The Partner Register, The Demolition Works Of The Buildings Will Be Tendered For Each Site. Requests For Tenders Are Sent To The Companies Participating In The Relevant Sub-Area In The Partner Register. The Lowest Price Is Generally Used As A Basis For Comparison In Tenders, In Which Case The Quality Has Already Been Ensured With The Minimum Requirements. Facility Services Can Also Use Quality Criteria Related To Occupational Safety And Environmental Issues In The Comparison. Site-Specific References And Turnover Requirements May Be Required For Sites That Require Special Experience, E.G. Factory Buildings. The Establishment Phase Of The Partner Register Is Until 31 December 2025. No Tenders Are Held During The Establishment Phase, But Participation Applications Can Be Submitted To The Partner Register. The Acquisition Phase Of The Partner Register Is 1 January 2026-31 May 2030. During The Procurement Phase, Applications For Participation Can Still Be Submitted To The System, And Candidates Accepted Into The System Can Submit Bids For Open Internal Tenders. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Terminate The Register Earlier Than That Date Or To Extend Its Validity Longer.
