This Concerns The Carrying Out Of Repairs, Which Are Carried Out And At The Expense Of The Client In Accordance With The Standard Distribution List And Any Additional Agreements Between The Tenant / User Of The Object And The Client. The Work Generally Includes: Repair Work On Exterior Facades And Outside Frame Work; Repair Work On The Inner Leaf And Inner Frame Work; Repair Work On Interior Walls, Roof Structures And Floors; Repair Work On Wall, Frame, Floor And Ceiling Finishes; Other Structural Repair Work. The Scope Of The Work Does Not Include: Repair Work Due To Glass Damage; Structural Repairs To Supporting Structures; Repair Work On Electrical Installations; Repair Work On Climate Installations; Repair Work On Gutters, Drains, Taps, Gas And Water Pipes; Repair Work On Transport Installations; Repair Work On Roof Coverings For Flat Roofs; Repair Work On Company-Related Installations; Painting Work; Renovations, Conversions And New Construction. Lots This Contract Is Divided Into The Following Lots: Lot 1: Contract For Lot 1 Has Already Been Awarded In A Prior Tender. Plot 2: Community Schools, Cultural Buildings, Mezz, Nieuwe Veste, Sports (Indoor Sports, Outdoor Sports), Risk-Bearing Sports, Rat Verlegh Stadium, Municipal Museum, Cultural Heritage, Wolfslaar. Lot 3: Contract For Lot 3 Has Already Been Awarded In A Prior Tender. Objective The Aim Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of These Services Per Plot With One Supplier With A Term Of 2 Years, With A Starting Date Of January 1, 2026. The Client Has The Unilateral Right To Extend This Twice For One Year. The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 642,000 (Excl. Vat) Over The Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. There Is No Purchase Obligation For The Client. If The Maximum Order Value Is Exceeded During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Framework Agreement Will Be Terminated (Earlier).
