The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of A Medium-Sized Fire, Rescue And Fire-Fighting Car On A 4X4 Car Chassis For The Volunteer Fire Department In Wola Jedlińska. The Delivered Car Must: 1) Have An Approval Certificate Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or Health Protection And Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended) And Meet The General Requirements And Specific Requirements For Firefighting Vehicles Indicated In The Above-Mentioned Regulation 2) Meet The Requirements Specified In The Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). Amended), Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Emergency Vehicles3) Have A Certificate Of Approval Of The Product For Use In Fire Protection Units Issued By A Polish Certification Body (Certificate Valid On The Date Of Collection Of The Car). On The Day Of Final Acceptance, The Car Must Have A Full Fuel Tank And A Full Foam Concentrate Tank. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Informs That Where In The Swz The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present Evidence Of Equivalence In Its Offer In The Manner Specified In Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Pzp.
