Tender For Routine/Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance Of Rc Feeder & Associated Work Of Unit No. 1, 2, & 3 Of 3X210 Mw "Atps" Anpara. - Round the clock Routine / Preventive maintenance of Raw Coal Feeders, Coal Piping, Bends & Elbows of unit no. # 1, 2 and 3 of 3X210 MW, ‘A’TPS, Anpara (Carrying out the above work in three shifts in all the three units of Anpara ATPS will be treated as one job.) 2 Cleaning / removal of choking from the split raw coal pipe / SS conical pipe from coal bunker outlet gate to bowl mill in rainy season chocked due to wet coal in the form of slurry / sticky. (Carrying out the above work in one shift in all the three units of Anpara ATPS will be treated as one job.) 3 Repairing/Replacement of feed roll blade. 4 Overhauling of Raw Coal Feeder 5 Repairing/Replacement of worn out & bulged SS liners of RCF. 6 Servicing of feed inlet gate. 7 Resetting of dresser coupling. 8 Servicing of hot air damper of R C Feeder. 9 Servicing of seal air valves 10 Replacing / setting of leveler plate. 11 Changing the spider assembly / feed roll shaft of RCF 12 Checking / servicing of feed roll shaft bearing. 13 Replacement of feed roll shaft bearing / G.M.Seal. 14 Checking/changing of bearing/bushes of hinge gate shaft. 15 Changing hinge gate shaft. 16 Changing of mill out let elbow 17 Repairing of mill out let elbow in installed condition by welding & providing patch on eroded portion. 18 Changing of worn out straight coal pipe with new one(excluding joint ) 19 Welding of straight coal pipe joint 20 Replacement of pulverized fuel pipe bend by new/repaired bends of 60º and above Cast steel 21 Replacement of pulverized fuel pipe bend , angles by new/repaired bends of 60º and above M SBasalt /cereline 22 Replacement of pulverized fuel pipe bend below 60º Cast steel 23 Replacement of pulverized fuel pipe bend below 60º M SBasalt / cereline 24 Repairing of pulverized fuel pipe bends of different angles in installed condition by welding/providing patch on eroded portion. 25 Replacement ofvictaulic coupling rubber gasket 26 Repairing of Coal pipe flanges ring. 27 Replacement of new coal pipe flange ring 28 Replacement of Orifices in Coal pipe. 29 Removal of choking of Coal piping. 30 Alignment and fixing of hanger support of fuel piping. 31 Replacement/Repairing of complete R C Feeder Assy. 32 Repairing of straight coal pipe by providing patches/welding on eroded portion in installed position at various location. 33 Replacement of R C Feeder hopper chutes by new/repaired. 34 Repairing of S S Coal pipe from Raw Coal Bunker to RCF by welding / providing patch by suitable SS Electrodes. 35 Servicing of RC Feeder gear box. 36 Fabrication and erection of platform, ladder /railing etc and misc. various steel structures in boiler area of unit1, 2 &3. 37 Attending oil leakage from RC Feeder gear box .
