The Intent Is To Implement A Non-Exclusive Agreement To Support The Department Of Athletics Within The Dean Of Students, However, Other Faculties And Departments Requesting Branded Athletic Apparel May Utilize This Agreement When Required. The Estimated Total Spend Of These Products Is Approximately $445,000.00 Annually With The Potential To Be Higher.The University Intends To Issue An Agreement For An Initial Four (4) Year Term With The Option To Renew For An Additional Two (2) Three (3) Year Extensions. Such Renewal Options Would Be Considered Based On Satisfactory Performance In The Initial Term And Mutual Agreement For Subsequent Terms.While It Is The Intent Of The University To Award A Non-Exclusive Agreement To A Single Supplier The University Reserves The Right At Its Sole And Unfettered Discretion To Award Multiple Contracts.
