1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage For Public Buildings In The Płońsk Poviat. The Order Was Divided Into Parts In This Part 1 Order: The Building Of The Poviat Eldership In Płońsk At Ul. Płocka 39, 09-100 Płońsk. 2. The Photovoltaic Installation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Should Operate In The Off-Grid System (Not Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network). The Order Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparatory Work Before The Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Including: ˗ Measurement Works Related To The Inventory Of Existing Installations, The Existing Electrical Distribution And Location Of The Equipment In The Areas Provided For The Installation Of Devices And Infrastructure, In Order To Confirm The Correctness Of The Selection Of The Device2) Preparation Of Project Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Consents, Permits And Arrangements Required By Law3) Delivery And Assembly To The Designated Places Of The New Photovoltaic Installation, Including Delivery And Assembly Of Support Structures (Roofing In The Case Of Part Of The Order On The Roof In The Case Of Assembly On The Ground) ˗ Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Panels. ˗ Delivery And Installation Of Hybrid Inverters (Inverters) Cooperating With The Storage System. Photovoltaic, Including Dc And Ac Wiring, Along With Security For Pv And Me˗ Cable Routes And Connecting Pv And Me Installations To The Internal Network Of The Employer. Pv+Me.˗ Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Consents And Acceptance (Including At The Distribution System Operator) .5) Training Of Employees Of The Abovementioned Offices And Organizational Units In The Field Of Supporting Complete Installation And Integrated Devices With Components And Technical Support. 6) Preparation Of As -Built Documentation, Which Will Include, Among Others Technical Data Of Photovoltaic Installation, Connection Diagrams, Installation Material Cards, Health And Safety Instructions, Device Service Instructions, Confirmation Required, Technical Design With Changes (If They Occur) And All Other Documents And Development Necessary To Transfer The Investment For Use And Operation. 6. All Swz Provisions Apply To The Same Extent Of The First, Second And Third Part Of The Order, Unless Otherwise Reserved. 7. If In The Swz Or Attachments In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Only Sample Nature, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features That The Delivery Must Be Met To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. It Should Be Assumed That They Are Only Indications And Are Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution, And The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Apply Them
