Tenders are invited for Supply of Hand Held Doppler (Vascular) Non Refundable Bid Form Fee (Rs.) 2,000/- Bid documents may be obtained from the Accounts Division of the Office of the District General Hospital, Matale between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on normal working days from 26.09.2025 until 12.10.2025 and on 13.10.2025 up to 10.00 a.m. Documentary proof of qualifications and the receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable form fee in cash to the Accounts Division of the District General Hospital, Matale should be submitted to obtain bid documents. Sealed bids prepared in duplicate may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the office of the Accountant of the District General Hospital, Matale to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. on 13.10.2025. The caption Quotation for Medical Equipment and Lab Equipment and the Contract Number should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid. If an institution submits quotation for more than one item, separate bids inserted in separate covers should be submitted. Bidders may attend the pre-bid meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 03.10.2025 before submission of bids. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 10.30 a.m. on 26.10.2025 at the Office of the hospital and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
