The Aaconditioning Should Be Performed In Non -Toxic, Resistant, Transparent And Microperfurized Polyethylene Bags, Which Gauge The Integrity And Conservation Of The Product, Allowing The Exchange Of Gases And Avoiding Quality Loss, Such As Moisture Accumulation Softening. The Bread Shall Have A Minimum Validity Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Hours After Delivery.
