METAL & PLASTIC MONO DESK Additional Information: The Wa Municipal Assembly (WMA), (the Employer), intends to apply a portion of its Budgetary Allocation under District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (IFT) is issued. To be considered responsive, tenderers shall quote for all items in the required quantities for each package that they shall tender. Tenders which do not offer all items under selected packages shall be rejected as incomplete. Tenders will be evaluated and the contract awarded on package basis or combination of packages whichever is financially advantageous to the client. 2. The Wa Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders (Tenders) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (Tenderers) to provide the works referenced above. 3. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant Tender Documents. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria. 4. A contractor will be selected under a competitive tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh. 5. The Tenderer may obtain further information from the Wa Municipal Assembly at the address given below between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from September 19, 2025 to October 17, 2025. 7.
