Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Dg Set And Connected Items Of Work At Mil Stn Pithoragarh; 1 Maintenance and complete servicing of existing DG Set of capacity 20/25/30/40 KVA including replacement of filters, dis-assembling of operating mechanism/ parts, well cleaning with chemicals, replacing unserviceable parts/ assessories, oiling/ greasing of complete moving parts, calibration and resetting of governer by the rep of reputed manufacturer, cleaning of injector nozzle, cleaning/descaling of radiator assembly with cleaning agent, removal of all deposited materials including oiling / greasing of exhaust fan & bearing etc. including re- assembling the DG set after replacing the unserviceable parts and components etc. and making DG Set in perfect operational in manual and electrical mode, complete all as directed including testing of DG Set at full load.Note:- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch A. M & L for servicing of DG Set 200 dynamo 12 V assemblly including replacement of worn out armature ,union, carbon bush complete and refixing all the component in existing position with necessayy screw, nuts and bolts for smooth and efficient functioning all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for servicing of DG Set125 dynamo 12 V assemblly including replacement of worn out armature ,union, carbon bush complete and refixing all the component in existing position with necessayy screw, nuts and bolts for smooth and efficient functioning all as specified and directed. 15 Decanning of diesel oil from diesel tank more then 500 ltrs capacity in empty barrel, dismantling of inlet & outlet fuel connection, removing all deposited material from bottom, cleaning the diesel tank with Koil, scraping of old paint from outer side of tank and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint on outer surfaces of tank, marking & painting of oil levels on tank, making inlet and outlet connection, re-filling of decanned diesel in the tank all as directed. 16 Decanning of diesel oil from diesel tank of 20 to 200 ltrs capacity in empty barrel, dismantling of inlet & outlet fuel connection, removing all deposited material from bottom, cleaning the diesel tank with Koil, scraping of old paint from outer side of tank and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint on outer surfaces of tank, marking & painting of oil levels on tank, making inlet and outlet connection , re-filling of decanned diesel in the tank all as directed. 17 Decanning of diesel oil from diesel tank diesel in the tank all as directed. 18 M & L for painting of complete DG Set of capacity 200 KVA by means of scraping old paints preparing the surface for painting with requisite tools then painting the DG Set with two coats ofsuper enemal paint as per existing colour once a coat of red oxide paint over spray gun or by brush as terible including rewriting of srl No. & MES No.in two inch block letter all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 M & L for painting of complete DG Set of capacity 125 KVA by means of scraping old paints preparing the surface for painting with requisite tools then painting the DG Set with two coats ofsuper enemal paint as per existing colour once a coat of red oxide paint over spray gun or by brush as terible including rewriting of srl No. & MES No.in two inch block letter all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 M & L for painting of complete DG Set of capacity 30/20 KVA by means of scraping old paints preparing the surface for painting with requisite tools then painting the DG Set with two coats ofsuper enemal paint as per existing colour once a coat of red oxide paint over spray gun or by brush as terible including rewriting of srl No. & MES No.in two inch block letter all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 Replacement of external battery chargering unit suitable for 2x12 Volt 95/150/185 AH battery capacity complete all as directed and approved by Eng-in-charge. 22 S&F in replacement of Auto Voltage Regulator ( AVR) suitable for DG set of capacity 10 KVA to 25 KVA 23 S&F in replacement of Auto Voltage Regulator ( AVR) suitable for DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA 24 S&F in replacement of solonoid switch suitable for existing DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA 25 S&F in replacement of solonoid switch suitable for existing DG set of capacity 10 KVA to 25 KVA 26 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge. 27 Supply and fixing/laying of galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor provided in between earth test point terminal and upto the equipment incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. 28 S&F indicating lamp assembly (LED) Red, green, yellow, blue and making necessary connection including taking down existing unserviceable indicating lamp assembly, complete all as directed. 29 Supply only the following items / material, complete all as directed:- 29.01 Cotton waste white 29.02 Caustic soda 29.03 Distilled water (1 ltr bottle) 29.04 Coolant 29.05 Copper battery leads, 1.5 m long 29.06 Copper battery terminals 29.07 Copper battery leads, 0.80 m long 30 S&F rubber insulating mat suitable for LT 1100 Volts of size 1 MtrX2 MtrX10 mm thick. 31 Supply and fixing in Replacement of lead acid Battery 12V 100 Ah including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge 32 Supply and fixing in Replacement of lead acid Battery 12V 70 Ah including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge 33 S&F MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA 415 volt & elect connection etc completeall as specrfied and directed. 34 S&F MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA 415 volt & elect connection etc complete all as specified and directed. 35 S&F MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA 415 volt & elect connection etc complete all as specified and directed. 36 S&F MS chequarred Plate cover 10 mm thickness for cable duct including 2 coats of synethic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed 37 S&F of TPN on load change over switch of capacity 400 Amp including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 38 Dismantling of existing change over switch including disconnection and connection of LT cable complete and supply fixing of onload change over switch of capacity 200 Amp TPN with enclosure box including handle and other accesories 39 Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for LT cables complete including bricks all as specified & directed. 40 Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers n. exc 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified& directed. 41 Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed. 42 M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class B bricks, laidflat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed. 43 M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of calbe in trenches complete all as specified & directed. 44 Supply and laying XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumnium conductor ,1100 volts grade ,corss sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 45 All as per item No. 44 here-in-before but 240 Sqmm 3½ core. 46 S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade 100mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed. 47 M & L in repair for factory fabricated bus bar chamber outdoor type water vermin proof of size 600x400x250 mm duly provided with front openable door and PU(Polyurethene + Isocyanides) formed Gaskets with IP-66 protection rubber gasket housed with TPN aluminium bus bar on porcelain insulated with the bus bar size of 350x40x5 mm for phases and neutral incl making connections, cable entry/exit holes with front door locking arrangements and busbar panel shall be pedestal type and provided with four nos of angle iron supports duly embedded in foundation and complete bus bar chamber shall be CRCA type powder coated. 48 Maintenace and complete servicing of AMF Panel of any size all as specifed and directed. 49 S & F electric shock treatment chart on flex/pvc reflecting sheet with
