1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Construction Of Part Of The Lighting At Ul. Bady In Jastrzębie - Zdrój. Lighting At Zdziebły Street On The Section From The Viaduct To Ul. Rejtana In Jastrzębie Zdrój Should Be Made By Laying An Earth Cable, Street Lighting Wardrobe, Building Aluminum Columns With A Height Of 8M With 60W Led Luminaires (Tolerance +/ - 5%). Scope Of Work:  Installation Of Road Lighting Columns With Led Luminaires  Construction Of The Nn Electric Cable Line To 0.4Kv Of Earthly Road Lighting,  Drilling Drilling Wardrobe Buildings Street Lighting Wardrobe Electrical Works, Constituting Technical Documentation (Annex 8 To Swz) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards. In Relation To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320Z Late 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation.
