Expression of Interest are invited for SN Petersen TOD Phase 0 - Real Estate Technical Consultant IFC is seeking to hire a consulting firm to provide technical support during the preparation phase of the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project at Petersen. The project aims to revitalize the bustling neighborhood of Petersen, particularly the area surrounding the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) terminal, by transforming underutilized spaces along the BRT corridor into vibrant, high-density, mixed-use districts. The vision includes the creation of integrated green public spaces and the development of a balanced mix of housing, retail, leisure, parking, and other urban amenities. Under an agreement between the Government of Senegal (GoS) and IFC, the initial Phase 0 will involve a high-level preliminary assessment of the project, including an evaluation of its potential to be structured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The selected consulting firm will support IFC in all real estate and technical aspects of the Phase 0 activities, working closely with IFCs other consultants to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach.
