Research And Development Services And Related Consultancy Services – Expert Services In Education Related To Developing Countries (Dps). The Finnish National Agency For Education Is Establishing A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps), Which Covers The Provision Of Expertise And Technical Support In The Education Sector, With A Particular Focus On Services Related To Developing Countries And Emerging Markets. The Assignments Tendered Through This Dps May Include, For Example: • Expert Advice And Support To Edufi And To Developing Country Ministries And Organizations In Development Of Education, • Conducting Analytical Studies, Reviews And Evaluations • Drafting And Updating Policy Guidelines And Other Documentation, • Designing And Supporting The Developing Of Action/Project Plans, • Organizing And Delivering Training And Capacity Building Sessions. Below Is A List Of The Major Work That Included In The Dps, But Not Limited To: • Externally Funded Projects Of The Finnish National Agency For Education, Such As Team Europe Initiatives - The Regional Teachers Initiative For Africa (Rtia) Which Supports Teacher Education And Teacher Professional Development In Sub-Saharan Africa, Including Providing Technical Assistance To Ministries Of Education. - Opportunity-Driven Skills And Vocational Education And Training In Africa (Tei Op-Vet) Which Provides Targeted Support To (Re)Orient Existing Or Planned Sector-Specific Skills And Vet Interventions In Partner Countries Across Sub-Saharan Africa, Including Technical Assistance. • And Other Similar Work Of The Finnish National Agency For Education The Scope And Subject-Matter Of The Dps Is Described In More Detail Particularly In Annex 1 Subject-Matter Of The Dps. The Dps Covers Implementation Of Project Work During 2025-2030 Period. Total Value The Estimated Total Value Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is Up To 8 000 000 Euros (Excluding Vat).
