The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: 1/ Delivery, Ibs Installation, Commissioning Ibs (This Is A Camera System, Access System And Attendance System) As A Finished Turnkey Solution, Staff Training In The Range Of Proper Operation And Work With Ibs As Well The Conditions Of Performance And The Scope Of The Services Provided Are Defined In The Individual Annexes Of The Zd. Due To The Protection Of The Description Of The Existing Infrastructure Of The Client (Annex No. 4B Zd) Is Not Part Of The Public Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Tender Documentation Containing This Information (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Documentation”) Is Available Through The Contracting Authoritys Profile (Tendederana) As A Non -Public Part (Which Forms Annex 4B) Of The Tender Documentation. Suppliers Must Send The Application For The Non -Public Part Of The Tender Documentation Via The Contracting Authoritys Profile (Tendederana). As Part Of The Application, The Supplier Submits The Completed Electronically Signed Confidential Information Agreement (Which Forms Annex 8 Of The Tender Documentation), Which Applies That It Will Use The Information Provided Only For The Purpose Of Preparing The Offer Within This Public Contract. The Agreement Must Be Signed (Authorized Conversion Of A Manually Signed Document Or A Valid Recognized Electronic Signature) By A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of The Supplier Who Requests Access To The Documentation Of The Systems. The Signed Agreement Must Be Delivered To The Contracting Authority In A Form That Will Enable The Subsequent Connection Of A Qualified Electronic Signature By The Contracting Authority. After The Delivery Of The Signed Document Agreement On The Protection Of Confidential Information, The Contracting Authority Will Be Sent To The Contracting Authority, Within 2 Working Days, The Non -Public Part Of This Tender Documentation.
