Orders Include The Provision Of The Above Service In The Village: For Part 1: Kłaj, Targowisko, Łężkowice And Grodkowice. The Service Should Be Performed Under The Conditions Listed Below (For Both Parts): 1) The Fertilization And Relief Of The Road Surface And The Order Of Winter Maintenance Until 600 Each Day. 2) Awidure And Reliability Of The Road Surface Of The Second Order Of Winter Maintenance Until 900 Each Day. 3) Maintenance Of Readiness (Passive Action) In The Period: 15.10.2025 - 15.04.2026 Running Winter Shares Will Only Take Place For The Notification Of The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Start The Shares After Receiving The Application And Conduct It In A Manner Ensuring Proper And Careful Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Readiness (Passive Action) Will Only Take Place For The Notification Of The Ordering Party And Until The Contracting Authority Is Appealing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Book Of Orders In The Form Of Daily Reports, To Which Information About The Type Of Equipment Used, The Amount Of Work Hours Used, Sprinkling And Its Type, Place Of Service. Daily Reports Confirmed By Coordinators On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Will Constitute The Basis For Settling The Service. 4) After The End Of The Binding Period, The Contractor Once Removes The Aggregate Accumulated At The Curbs At Its Own Expense And Effort. A. The Service Should Be Provided In Such A Way That, If Possible, It Does Not Hinder Communication On The Road And Do Not Hinder The Use Of Adjacent Properties. The Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Following Rules: A) Snow Removal Should Be Carried Out By Collecting Snow To The Edge Of The Road Or Parking In Such A Way That The Hunted Snow Does Not Hinder Pedestrian Or Wheeled Traffic, In Each Case So That At Least One Lane With The Implementation Of The Bosses Is Snowed In The Case Of Continuous (Uninterrupted) Snowfall, Snow Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way That Patency Of Passages And Journeys Ensuring Communication Safety In Areas Designated For Snow Removal, C) On Snowdropped Roads And Parking Lots A Thin Layer Of Snow Is Allowed, D) Shade Should Be Removed Up To 2 Hours From The Moment Its Occurrence Is Found. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For The Type And Effects Of The Means Used For Snow Removal And Sprinkling.
